Ordered Products are delivered exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Poland to the address indicated by the Client in the Order. International shipping is possible based on individual arrangements with the Client regarding the specific terms of such delivery.
The Delivery Time indicated on the Online Store's website is counted in business days. The time for shipping Products after placing an Order is up to 48 hours, and the completion of the Order is up to 5 business days. In case it is impossible to deliver the Product within the time specified on the Website, the Buyer will be immediately informed about it.
Delivery of ordered Products is carried out via Carriers indicated on the Online Store's website, in particular, these are:
- InPost Courier
- InPost Parcel Lockers
The shipping cost to Poland is 18.99 PLN or 20.99 PLN, or accordingly to other destinations.
Ordered Products are delivered to the address indicated in the order form. In the case of choosing InPost, the delivery address is the address of the parcel locker chosen by the Client.
At the moment of handing over the Product to the courier company, the Buyer is notified of this fact by sending an email to the address provided in the Order.
The costs of delivering the Product, which are borne by the Client in addition to the price of the Product, are provided on the Online Store's website when placing the Order.
The cost of delivering the Product in the case of choosing the provided cash on delivery payment is fully covered by the Client.
The Client is obliged to check the delivered package in time and in the manner accepted for shipments of that type. In case of noticing damage or loss of the package, they have the right to request the representative of the Carrier to write an appropriate protocol.
